When we lived in Virginia we had an old barn on our property. I came across this photo tonight and couldn’t resist working on it a bit. It made me a little nostalgic and made me realize that I’d actually miss living in a climate without snow.

Bruce, that is just a downright gorgeous photograph. Beautiful. But I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t miss the snow if there was none. Ever.
Todd, Maybe I’m not averse to the snow because it’s been a mild winter here in PA and I haven’t had to shovel yet. I’ll probably reverse course after the first big storm.

Thanks, Wendy! We miss our Cville friends too, and I really want to take a road trip down there this year. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve visited. I think you are one of only a handful of people who have actually seen that old barn, tucked away behind the evergreens.
